In Novemeber, Managing Director Craig Marshall joined the CEO Sleepout he had this to say…

I had the honor of joining the CEO Sleepout UK at the legendary Lord’s Cricket Ground—a truly humbling experience that I’ll never forget. Traveling down from Liverpool, I was proud to stand alongside a group of incredible leaders and changemakers, all united by a common goal: to raise awareness and funds to combat homelessness and poverty in the UK.

It was inspiring to share this experience with remarkable individuals like Gary Perriton GCGI MIET, who joined from Wales, and many others who stepped out of their comfort zones for such an important cause.

Sleeping outside for the night gave us a small glimpse into the challenges faced by so many on a daily basis. It’s impossible to truly understand the hardships of homelessness in just one night, but it reinforced the urgent need for action and empathy. Hearing personal stories and witnessing the power of solidarity brought home just how critical our collective effort is in tackling this crisis.

This wasn’t just about spending one night outside—it was a stark reminder of the responsibility we have as leaders to drive meaningful change. Whether through community initiatives, innovative solutions, or simply raising awareness, we all have a role to play in making a difference.

A massive thank you to Bianca Robinson and the amazing team behind CEO Sleepout UK for organising such an impactful event. To everyone who supported or donated—you’re helping create real change, and your generosity doesn’t go unnoticed.

If you haven’t yet, there’s still time to get involved or contribute. Every bit of support counts, and together, we can help build a brighter future for those who need it most.
